$EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
The Bureau of
Indian Standards (Recruitment to Scientific Cadre) Regulations, 2002 came into
force on the 3rd May, 2002.
Vide Regulation 9 of the aforesaid regulations, the Bureau of Indian
Standards adopted the Scheme of Flexible Complementing formulated by the
Central Government. As per the aforesaid
scheme benefits were to be given to the Central Government employees with
effect from
