How to obtain Licence?

Establish a documented quality system and /or HACCP implementation plan and ensure its effectiveness by conducting minimum one internal audit and one management review.

Submit application on prescribed proforma (Form IV) , the questionnaire (Form XII) in duplicate along with the quality manual and/ or concerned documents and necessary fees to Dy. Director General (of respective region).
