HOW TO OBTAIN LICENCE?
- Establish a documented quality management system and ensure its
effectiveness
- Submit application on prescribed proforma (Form IV) along with the
questionnaire (Form V) which can be downloaded from this web site and
copy of Quality Manual alongwith necessary fees
to Dy. Director General of the Region at the
address given on the web site
- Arrange for Stage I (Adequacy audit & Preliminary visit) and Stage
II (Initial/Certification) audit
- Take corrective actions on non-conformities observed by assessment
team and get them verified
- Obtain the Licence
- The licence will enable the company to
compete effectively in National and
International markets
- BIS Quality Management Systems Certification Scheme is accredited by Raad voor Accreditatie (RvA) for twenty three major economic
activities.
