सी डी राम पर अंतर्राष्टीय मानकॉ की तरह, भारतीय मानकॉ का भी हर दो माह में एक वार अद्यतन होगा। यह इलेक्ट्रानिक रुप दिनांक 11 अक्टूबर 1999 से उप्लब्ध है। इस उत्पाद की कुछ प्रमुख विशेषताएँ इस तरह हैं : Like all International standards on CD-ROM, Indian Standards will also be updated once every two months. This electronic version is available from 11 October 1999. Some of the salient features of the product are:
	You can Find, Identify, View and Print by Standard Number, Title, Text in the  Scope, New and Revised Standard, Search-in-search (Nested Search).
	Create your own Bookshelf of frequently referred standards. You can mark Annotations or add your own comments.
	You can jump to the scope of the referenced standards.
