Marching further ahead on the path of `total customer satisfaction',BIS has set up a single-window Small Scale Industries ( SSI ) FACILITATION CELL at its headquarters in New Delhi which became operational since 26 May 1997 - with the sole aim of providing variety of informations/assistance to Indian industries, particularly Small Scale Sectors, which happen to be the backbone of Indian Industrial Scene.
